Ruben E. Reyes Ruben E. Reyes is a Brooklyn based photographer specialized in documentary photography. He is a recent graduate from the International Center of Photography from the photojournalism program. Ruben was born and raised in Mexico City, and has been living in the United States for the last 11 years. He received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Having lived in two different countries, and traveled to several others has given him a sense of place from different cultures around the world, and is what inspires him to pursue photographic projects. He is currently working on a project based in Northern Mexico with the indigenous group called the Raramuri. Ruben’s work has been exhibited at numerous galleries and venues in San Diego, California and in Phoenix, Arizona, at the International Center of Photography in New York, at the Pingyao Festival in China, and at the D.U.M.B.O. Art Under The Bridge Festival in Brooklyn.
