Annalise Reinhardt is a fine art documentary photographer and video artist living and working in Portland, Oregon. Her work concerns human psychology and the natural world. In 2008, Annalise graduated from the Documentary Studies in Photography Program at ICP, where she created her first formal project, a photo series depicting the fragility and generational pain found in her hometown of Brewster, New York. Her art involves handmade books, photographic typologies, and archiving. Throughout her experience, she has found personal connections among a diverse range of people in need of support, and holds a passion in helping them find their voice. She seeks to combine image-making with health and human services and is currently working towards a specialized degree in Mental Health Counseling/Social Work.

Annalise’s work has been published in the University of Amsterdam’s quarterly publication PreFab and included in group exhibitions such as the Full-Time Certificate Program Exhibition at ICP, and Soap Box Babies at Purchase College, New York.
